9. Returns and Refunds

9.1. We accept returns only under the following conditions:

▪ You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

▪ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

9.2. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

9.4. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

9.5. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
